Refund Policy

We only accept returns of products if the product is found to be damaged, defective or an incorrect order is received.

Return & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within a period of one day.

To request a refund, please email us at sales@chill-pets.com with photos and details of the product and we will respond within 24 business hours.
